France has been working towards the liberalization of its gaming sector and the first step taken in this account includes the setting up of the Comité Consultatif des Jeux (CCJ). The CCJ bears the responsibility of advising the government of France on the ongoing regulation initiatives related to French online casino gambling. The France Budget Minister announced that reforms would be discussed once the 2012 elections were complete.
